As we closeout Women in Construction week, we are reminded once again just how capable women really are in this field. We know our s**t! We come to work every day with the knowledge and know-how needed to get the job done right. The badassery of women knows no bounds! Women are more than capable to be a part of this industry and continue to prove that day in and day out – even if we have to repeat ourselves a few times first! As you can see from, yet another, definitely legitimate statistics page, we know how to turn repetition into constructive action. Nothing can slow us down!

In honor of Women in Construction Week, we thought we'd crunch the numbers and present some totally legitimate statistics to help us understand why the jobsite just feels better when women are present. Suddenly, it all makes scents!

Our motley crew got festive for the CTM Christmas party at Pyramid Sports Bar & Pizzeria. A hidden gem tucked into a strip mall, it was the perfect venue to let loose, have some fun and enjoy good food. Happy holidays and and even happier new year from our crew to yours!
