Spencer came in with our Joey Bergles to get started with his offseason work. As they Joey his program; He felt it was a good idea to add nervous system work with his strength work so that both the and are both being updated for the upcoming season.

Many only know me as work with , but I started in the game as a at Webber, Baylor and Missouri. As time has passed, Ive taken this work back to those who believe in it no matter their level of sport or performance.

Prestonwood Baptist Church really started out with a bang this in !!!

Im so glad our family found a place for our kids to hangout with other kids their ages to learn about our Lord and Savior while me and momma .bachik_methods attend the service.
