On this day blah blah years ago A Queen was born!
A Queen in the sense of Independence "I can take care of myself but I'm willing to partner with my King"......Love you for this!
in the sense of Fortitude "Doesn't matter the task or goal I have I'm going to make it happen".....this about you Motivates me Daily!
in the sense of Nurturing "I would do anything for my babies".......that Part is so Sexy to me!
and in the sense of Momma Bear "I'm Always going to be there for mine, Period!"......❤️
I Love you My Queen ! As you already know, I'm grateful to God for this day ALL THOSE YEARS 👀 ago because He first promised you to me 😍, My Soul Mate & Best Friend! Happiest of Birthdays Babe!
Like my CEO said.....if you've recieved or when you receive your County Appraisal Districts property assessment statement and you feel the value of your taxes is too high don't hesitate to reach out with my assistance you can appeal.
1. The county evaluates the value of your home annually, so their assessment is subject based on the individual performing the assessment as well as the market. They are to view your home (externally), comparison of other similar homes, and average value. Roughly speaking.
2. Whatever that value is, they've apprised is taxed (percentage based on your area).
3. That percentage times the value the county came up with is how much you'll pay that year for property taxes.
Where I come in is to double check the countys appraisal value by performing a similar assessment as they did, except my assessment is less biased towards benefiting the county in property taxes funds received. I would be more of an advocate for you to have your home valued at a lower price; lower price valued equates to lower property taxes paid.
Hit me up, I got ya! 👍🏽
