With the new updates and an expected push toward video content on Instagram, there seems to be some uncertainty about which content type to post and when. The reality is, as we've mentioned before, keep TESTING what works for YOUR account.

We recommend that you post at least 2-3 carousels every week and about half a dozen reels. This is not a guarantee of a high reach or engagement, but it is the baseline for testing your content strategy going forward in 2022.

Let us know what strategy works for you. Is it all reels and 0 posts, some reels and some carousels, or only carousels and stories?
