Rajitha Munugala, Product Manager, Western Alliance Bank, was born and raised in India. After working 5+ years in the software industry, she relocated to the United States in 2007. She currently serves as a Product Manager at Western Alliance Bank, where she oversees the lifecycle of data products from Ideation to Implementation, shaping the overall strategy and success of Data Products. Previously, Rajitha held positions as a Product/ Program Manager at Ampcus Inc and as a Vice President at JP Morgan Chase. She earned her Master’s Degree from Pondicherry University in India and is a Distinguished Toastmaster. In her leisure time, Rajitha enjoys reading, cooking and quality moments with her family. She is passionate about coaching and mentoring team members and firmly believes that successful outcomes are rooted in significant human interactions.
