This community is comprised of 80, garden-style apartment homes for families.

This includes the final sanding process to begin painting units and breezeways. After flooring and other trades complete their scope we will reenter to touch up units and make the units feel like home.

We can't wait to finish this project and demonstrate our hard work and commitment to the community.

This design showcases our Ashley Scholars landing phase two project, which exhibits drywall hanging, taping/finishing, and interior and external painting. converting the area into modern multifamily residences.
