We're especially excited to welcome members of the Deaf Community, who will be performing during the Mass, helping create a space where more of us can participate, connect, and belong.
Join Reverend Alba Onofrio, Executive Director of Soulforce, for a special Manila Q***r Mass celebrating Q***r faith, liberation, accessibility, community, and resistance. The gathering will also include Trans baptisms, honoring the sacredness, dignity, and belovedness of Trans lives.

As part of our 250 Years of Resistance, Rev. Alba Onofrio of reflects on memory, identity, and the stories we inherit during our revolutionary roots week.
Too often, we’re taught to see parts of ourselves, our families, our cultures, and our histories as something to leave behind. But what happens when we reclaim those stories? What happens when we tell them with pride instead of shame?
Resistance isn’t only found in protests and movements. Sometimes it’s found in remembering who we are, where we come from, and refusing to let those stories be erased.
