Omega Development is a full-service telecommunication tower construction company that has been in the industry 20 plus years and we are looking for motivated and committed people to join our Team!

NO PRIOR CLIMBING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

We do require a good attitude and willingness to learn!

You will perform carrier specific equipment installations, upgrades, tower maintenance and troubleshooting at various heights.

Previous telecommunications experience and/or construction experience is a plus but not required.

Tower Technicians must be able to adhere to rigid safety standards while ensuring quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Yearly safety training and ongoing technical training is required for all technicians and will be provided.

All candidates are subject to pre-employment background and drug screening and must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Candidates must also be able to travel out of town and in good physical condition

Wow! This sure is a big tower from the ground looking up! This is a 300 ft tower that our guys installed on last week.

We are working hard, drilling at a new development in Charleston, South Carolina. Lots of neat projects going on right now!
