Do you remember the Gentleman(Mr. Ajena) that hosted me on Day 76/90 of cycling tour while in Kumi Municipality?.

Well he runs Grandmas Motel in Kumi, one of the best Motel in town, I visited him earlier today on my way back to Kampala from Soroti, we had the whole day together reflecting on Grandma's roadmap, he is developing a new structure(Frame 3) that will be a restaurant and the two top floors will be executive rooms for the guests.

He is a very gifted man, he understands what planning is and I have learnt a lot from him, we had a cup of coffee before he took me on a tour of his new project as I asked about the cost of the project so far, he's injected a good amount of money and he is so certain that's worth it.

I took some aerial shots and videos before proceeding with my journey.

Frame 1: Front view
Frame 2: It's position as you head to Parisa
Frame 3: The new project under construction
Frame 4: Inside parking area

This will make Grandmas a *** star Motel once the project is finished and I pride in contributing to it's growth.

Note:
There is a Phaneroo (Manifest Kumi) streaming centre at Grandmas Incase you are around town.

OBALANGA MARATHON 1st Edition.
All along I thought I was taller than the legend Kiprotich but today I carried home bags of disappointment, I now have a reason to start eating Blueband.

Yes!, I traveled 350kms to come be part of this cause because of quite a number of reasons but most importantly because I went through Obalanga 3years ago, heard about the sad story about how Kony rebels attacked the village in 2003 and caused the greatest shame in the Teso region, inside me my spirit has been restless since then, so i came back here to not only support climate change awareness but to also give the entire world a better reason to remember Obalanga for, than the mass Graves.

Obalanga Marathon first Edition was a success, I pride in any kind of contribution I rendered towards this cause and I'm sure that I will continue to support this until I go to my father in heaven.
I would like in a special way to thank the tireless great team that has collectively mobilized for this event and all the partners that have made this come true.
