Happy New Year dear yogi friends,

I hope you all have had some time off to enjoy and relax during the holidays. I was so lucky to be surrounded by friends and family and have a full heart and tons of gratitude for all this life has to offer - including you! I miss you and the Kampala sunshine A LOT, but I have decided to take advantage of a good opportunity here in the UK and do a course that will help me with my business so I will be away through February. Going with the flow isn’t about being passive or lazy. It’s not about just letting things happen to you or aimless wandering. It’s a co-creative act. The flow is life energy itself. When you go with the flow, you’re surfing life force. It’s about wakeful trust and total collaboration with what’s showing up for you. So set down the zealous goal-chasing and you can certainly worry less about the right or wrong move. You’re not crazy or lazy, you are about to grow with the flow.

Ishvara Pranidhana is a sacred shift of perspective that helps us to remember, align with and receive the grace of being alive. In order to achieve Ishvara Pranidhana, it is vital that we develop a personal connection to the universe, our highest selves, and find our own way to surrender. To let it be, to grow with the flow.

The morning will consist of two physical practices, journaling, meditation and fellowship with like-minded yogis. We'll have a mid morning snack and then a delicious brunch served at one. All food is gluten free and vegan, yet extremely tasty and satisfying. If you're interested in signing up for the workshop, please email me first to reserve your space [email protected] and then you can pay your 100,000/- deposit at any of my classes or at Good Glass. Limited spaces available.
