Quickbooks and Wave Accountant for US corporate rental company I am growing my short term rental business and adding properties. I need help with bookkeeping - tracking income from different channels by property as well as expenses so I could generate stand-alone P&Ls for each property. I need an accountant to maintain all financial records for my online store. It is located in the US and uses multiple booking platforms. The companies transactions are synced with Quickbooks. I need an accountant to check all transactions and verify that they are properly classified, and enter certain other transactions that do not originate in our multi-channel bookings software. Also, bank statements (2 accounts) must be reconciled and transactions properly classified. Also, prepare accurate monthly financial statements for bank. Financial analysis tasks are also required, such as evaluating the pricing strategy (are we meeting margin expectations), evaluating financial performance independent of owner non-business essential expenses (I use company funds for business expenses, but which are not directly associated with this company, and therefore it is needful to see adjusted financial statements. Must also know how to maintain the sync feature in Quickbooks so that bank account and online store transactions are automatically synced to Quickbooks. Must have experience knowing how to classify acct transactions
