2020 has been a very challenging year to everyone. Some words like social distancing, sanitizing, face mask etc have become very common due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As we join 2021, we encourage everyone to choose a healthy lifestyle. Purpose to -do a lot of physical activities
- Eat more of protein, fruits and vegetables and less carbohydrates and sugars
- have plenty of rest
- drink a lot of fluids
- Avoid alcohol and smoking and
-Avoid toxic people among others.

Remember to have regular medical checkups! Prevention is better than cure!

Remember that COVID-19 pandemic is still here and now in full blown community transmission. Stay safe at all times by observing the necessary precautions including regular hand washing, use of face masks, avoiding crowded places etc.
