One of the greatest ways to communcate with young people is giving them liberty to speak out their mind openly, and not only expecting to hear only what you want!

Remember that it the Adolescence phase of life between childhood and adulthood, from ages 10 to 19. It is a unique stage of human development and an important time for laying the foundations of good health. Adolescents experience rapid physical, cognitive and psychosocial changes and with this comes new ideas.
So permitting them express themselves brings a certain fulfillment for them but also gives a hood platform for the adult to know how best to approach whatever they could be experiencing or saying.
