The Climate Change Department, MoWE, in partnership with ACODE, PELUM, AFD and the World Bank Convened a two-day (April 8-9) Technical Validation Workshop for Uganda's Mitigation Report.

The focus of the validation was data quality, Sector targets, alignment with the national development agenda, and new priorities (SLCPs, peatlands, women, and youth).

The outcomes will inform the National Determined Contributions(NDC 3.0) and Climate Action Plan.

With support from the Embassy of Sweden in Kampala Embassy of Denmark in Uganda Embassy of the Netherlands in Uganda, and the Embassy of Ireland.
