Discipline is everything!

Have you ever heard the quote, "Self-discipline is the difference between choosing what you want now and choosing what you want most"?

My consulting experience has shown me that there is one special quality that you can develop that will guarantee you greater success, accomplishment, and happiness in life.

This quality is so important that, if you don’t develop it to a high degree, it is impossible for you to ever achieve what you are truly capable of achieving.

The quality that I am talking about is the quality of self-discipline.

Discipline to do what you've to do even when feel like doing it.

Throughout history, we find that every man or woman who achieved anything lasting and worthwhile, had engaged in long, often unappreciated hours, weeks, months and even years of concentrated, disciplined work, in a particular direction.

the quality of self-discipline is something that you can learn by continuous practice, over and over, until you master it.

It Does not matter whether you are in a big organization or a small organization.
You have a culture and even if it is one division of an organization, you still have a culture.

The real competitive advantage in any business is one word only, which is “people”.

Leaders need to change the way they manage and lead to match the way that modern humans actually work and live.

I think that 99% of companies are kind of stuck in the '90s when it comes to their culture.

People do NOT resist change, if they received a million dollars to change their life, I suspect they would gladly accept it.

What people resist is "Stupid Stuff, change that they believe will not help them or take something away from them...
a change initiative that clearly supports "individual" success is always welcome.

If you are lucky enough to be someone’s employer, then you have a moral obligation to make sure people do look forward to coming to work in the morning.
