For me the most important element to develop as a coach is a good rapport.
Rapport to me translates in a shape of a bridge between two or more people building a relationship of mutual understanding, bidirectional trust and agreement with sympathy.
In the last post we shared about empathy which differs from sympathy but that's a content for another day's post! 😉
