Hiring: Project Support Officers (6 Positions)

We are looking for six dynamic and tech-savvy individuals to join our team.

If you thrive at the intersection of IT support, multimedia creation, and technical training, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

• Provide comprehensive IT support and systems maintenance.

• Develop digital content through video and audio editing.

• Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integrate AI tools into workflows.

• Facilitate workshops and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical staff.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT, Education (B.Sc. Ed), or a B.Sc. in Sciences (Physics, Math, Chemistry, Biology) with high technical aptitude.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in hardware/software troubleshooting and multimedia editing (Adobe Creative Suite and camera operation is a plus).

Certifications: CompTIA A+ or equivalent and a recognized training certificate are highly desirable.

Our commitment to advancing e-learning through, in part, the provision of practical digital tools to schools and colleges takes us to Uganda Technical College (UTC) Lira.

Here we handed over yet another batch of desktop computers to the college administration courtesy of our partnership with the Mastercard Foundation under the initiative.

This initiative seeks to sustainably enhance digital learning and empower students with practical ICT skills that will enable them to actively engage with modern learning platforms and resources.

Ultimately, the partnership will oversee the creation of a more inclusive and future-ready learning environment for youth skills development, employment, and innovation.
