As we approach the final days of this year, I know many of you are sitting with notebooks full of big dreams and business plans for 2026. But I also see a common hurdle: Hesitation. Many of you are waiting for that "perfect" moment to launch. You’re waiting for more capital, a better economy, or a clearer sign.

I want to share a lesson that has been my compass for decades:

Don't be scared to do business. You don't wait for all the traffic lights to be green before you start the journey. You start the journey and deal with what you've got.

If I had waited for every economic condition to be perfect or for every risk to be eliminated, Simba Group would still just be a dream on a piece of paper. The "perfect time" is a myth that keeps too many great entrepreneurs stuck at the starting line.

As we look toward 2026, my advice is simple: Don’t let the unknown paralyze you. You learn to drive by driving. You learn to navigate the potholes and the traffic while you are in motion.

My challenge to you as this year ends: Stop over-analyzing and start doing. Take that first step before the calendar even turns. Use what you have, where you are, right now. The lights will turn green as you move, not while you’re parked.
