"THE REAL DIFFERENTIATOR IS CULTURE—AND HOW THAT CULTURE SHAPES THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE."
Last week, I had the privilege of sitting down with Kenny Fihla, the Group CEO of Absa Group, for one of his first major media interviews since taking the helm in June 2025.
We discussed everything from navigating global and internal volatilities to his personal commitment to dedicating 30% of his time to customer-related matters and so much more.
He too, is very optimistic about Absa's impact and market share in Uganda.
Fihla is clear-eyed about the future, with a focus on bold leadership, strategic clarity, ESG, digital transformation, and an unwavering commitment to client impact.
I loved every bit of the interview; I am sure you will too!
