Meet Milly Apiyo, the owner of Alpha Farmers Shop in Cwero, Gulu district! Since opening her shop earlier this year, Milly has been empowered by Inputi through our distribution partner model. She benefits from a reliable supply of stock from our authorized partner, Pur Konyo Pit Farmers Centre, located just 100 meters away!

This close proximity means Milly no longer has to spend time and money traveling to town for supplies. Instead, she can focus on what she does best: serving her community's farmers with 100% genuine agricultural inputs.

It also means that the farmers in her vicinity can focus on their farming, as they now have easy access to essential inputs without incurring extra travel and delivery expenses.

Milly is thankful for the affordable, high-quality products that Inputi consistently supplies to her shop.

With Pur Konyo Pit Farmers Centre supporting not only Alpha Farmers Shop but also four other shops in the area, we’re making a significant impact on agricultural productivity for local farmers.

Through the ecosystem we are building around our distribution partners, we’re fostering sustainable growth and ensuring that essential inputs are always within reach for those who need them most.

This effort aligns with our mission to empower and uplift the next generation of women in agriculture. Milly shared her story with Ambition Mwine,MBA, our Business Development and Sales Lead.

Animals with cloven hooves, such as cattle, sheep, and pigs, are susceptible to the viral disease foot and mouth disease. The illness can result in huge financial losses for the livestock industry and is very contagious.

It is crucial to act quickly to stop the spread of the disease if there are cases of foot and mouth disease. To stop the disease from spreading to new places, this may entail taking steps like placing diseased animals in quarantine, limiting the movement of cattle, and installing biosecurity measures.
