God created Heavens and Earth in Genesis 1and 2 God existed before Time, Space, Distance and Matter.
He Authored them so he’s not hindered by any of them. He has control of Time, control of Space, control of Distance and control of Matter.

All the prophesies of Jesus’s first coming were fulfilled, be sure that all prophesies of his second coming are all going to be fulfilled
