Laws will never stop people from drinking!!

Yesterday, Parliament cleared the District Woman MP for Tororo - Sarah Opendi to introduce the "Alcohol Control Bill 2022"
This bill seeks to prohibit among other things:
- the manufacture and sale of alcohol without a license.
- to impose timeline within which alcohol consumers are supposed to consume their drinks.
- the sale of alcohol shouldn't take place before midday and beyond 6 Pm.

Do you think if this bill is passed into law, will create any difference from the already existing laws on the same?
