We are excited to welcome Isabella Amony as Team Leader at FMP.
Isabella is an SRHR and maternal health advocate with over 10 years of experience spanning research, programme management, organisational leadership, and partnerships. Her work has focused on strengthening grassroots movements, building provider networks, and expanding access to SRHR information and services for young people and women.
As Isabella shares: “My leadership is grounded in equity, dignity, and choice, working to ensure women and young people in marginalized communities can access quality, rights-based healthcare.”

Every woman and girl deserves the power to make informed decisions about her body, her health, and her future. Yet many still face barriers like stigma, distance, cost, and discrimination when seeking essential SRHR services.
A just world is one where every woman regardless of background, identity, or circumstance can access safe, respectful, and quality care.
Her body. Her health. Her choice.
We hosted students from Berlin, Germany, who visited to learn from our model of advancing women’s and girls’ empowerment in fishing communities.
The focus of our engagement was on the systemic barriers women face in accessing SRHR services in fishing communities.
