My heart is such full with gratitude 🙏
Seeing how My team is transforming lives and communities
A New Chapter. A New Journey. A New Home.
Today marks a truly special moment in my life a new life filled with new opportunities.
I am proud and excited to officially become a full member of the Rotary Club for Global Action . This incredible club has been my family since 2023 standing with me in moments of vulnerability, supporting me through my personal journey, and walking alongside me in my work, programs, and community projects.
For three years, I was connected as an honorary member, a visitor, a Rotaractor learning and growing. But today, I step in fully as a Rotarian and my heart is filled with gratitude and excitement.
This club has given me a family beyond bloodline.
I am excited for the journey ahead to serve, to grow, and to contribute meaningfully. I look forward to supporting various committees including Public Image, Youth, Projects, and Community Service. I am ready to share my skills, my time, and my passion to strengthen our impact and advance Rotary service.
More than anything, I am excited to learn from the wisdom, experiences, and inspiration of the amazing members who make this club what it is. I look forward to growing not just professionally, but personally in skill, in purpose, and in soul.
My deepest gratitude goes to my sponsor and brother Brian Rusch my sister Claire Mahon , President Becky Giblin , Immediate Past President Johwell Saint-Cilien and every member who has mentored and supported me along this journey.
Thank you for believing in me.
Thank you for walking with me.

I joined Rotaract (Rotaract Club of Kabalagala) during the difficult period of the COVID-19, in the Rotary year guided by the theme: Rotary Open Opportunities,
Then i served as president under the theme: Serve to Change Lives.
At the time, I thought the theme was about transforming communities.
But with time, I realized something deeper it also changed my life.
Many young people join Rotaract because of the inspiring work done by Rotary International through its Seven Areas of Focus:
• Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention
• Disease Prevention and Treatment
• Water, Sanitation and Hygiene
• Maternal and Child Health
• Basic Education and Literacy
• Community Economic Development
• Supporting the Environment
But my journey began from a very personal place.
As a young man navigating life in Kampala, I was experiencing deep loneliness. In a city full of people, I still felt like I didn’t belong anywhere.
What I needed most was community.
Then Kajubi Ibrahim noticed me dancing at an event and later invited me to perform at his graduation celebration. After that moment, he told me something simple but powerful:
“You can use your talent to transform communities through Rotaract.”
That invitation changed everything.
Kajubi didn’t just introduce me to Rotaract he became my brother. Today he remains my elder brother, and through Rotaract I gained something even bigger: a global family of brothers and sisters around the world.
That sense of belonging inspired us when we started the Rotaract Club of Global Action, where we emphasize belonging and skill development.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to contribute to community initiatives including:
• Constructing classroom blocks for pupils in Namutumba District
• Providing sanitation facilities for schools in Busia District and Kabale District
• Supporting youth vocational skills in Namuwongo
• Promoting peace through the Annual Peace Festival
• Sandwich drives in Cape Town
• Blood donation campaigns and environmental initiatives like planting trees
But what stands out the most is not the projects.
It is the , the , and the restored in communities.
