📢 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

RICE West Nile, on behalf of the SEA West Nile Consortium, and with funding from the Royal Danish Embassy, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Embassy of Sweden, and Embassy of Ireland, invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for the Mid-Term Evaluation of the project:

🌍 “Strengthening Environmental Accountability and Climate Action in West Nile.”

Interested consultants are requested to submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals in line with the Terms of Reference (ToR).
