⚠️ Please note:

✔️ For best results and to prevent chipping, reduce the speed to around 10,000 rpm.
✔️ A sufficient water supply must be maintained at all times. Even a slight reduction in water supply can cause chipping.
✔️ Hand sprayers are not recommended. The Cover attachment is the best option, as it is installed on the small engraver machine and provides a constant water supply.
✔️ Battery-powered water supply devices are recommended.
✔️ Use the Support adapter for the small engraver machine. It helps reduce vibration and improves accuracy.
✔️ For best results, place the tile on a vibration-absorbing material, such as polystyrene foam or similar.

Cutting radii or 90° corners in porcelain stoneware is a complex task that requires skill and precision. And the most difficult part — there is no room for mistakes.

CordSET makes radius cutting faster, easier, and accurate from the very first attempt ⚡

Cutting is performed with a high-quality 0.5 mm diamond wire. The cutting direction is guided by a hardened steel template, fixed with specially designed clips and wedges. The wire is quickly secured in comfortable handles, and the set includes a highly absorbent sponge for water cooling 💦

To prevent cracks on corners or radii during work, the tile is fully fixed from all sides with specialized clips.

The core of the set is a premium diamond wire made using multilayer diamond coating technology. Its lifetime is up to 6 times longer than standard wires on the market, while cutting speed is up to 50% higher 🚀

Cutting a 12 mm radius takes only 4 minutes. The lifetime of one 30 sm wire reaches 12–18 cm of cut, depending on tile thickness and cooling quality.
