DevRecords is currently looking for IT Recruiter. If you are proactive and easygoing person with +1 year experience in IT field, we are waiting for you.

Responsibilities:

-A full cycle of recruitment (active candidate's screening, selection; organization and conduction of interviews; testing; writing feedbacks and so on);
-Participation in the decision-making process of hiring new employees;
-Networking and building relationships through industry contacts and employees;


Requirements:

-Skills & experience:
-1year+ of experience in recruiting (IT);
-Understanding of IT sphere and recruitment processes;
-A desire to work and develop in the IT area;
-Intermediate+ level of English;
-Certificate of HR\recruitment courses will be an advantage.
-Personal:
-Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details;
-Excellent communication skill;
-Self-motivated and flexible;
-Team player and team builder.


Availability:

-Full-time, 5 days per week, 9:00 - 18:00 (+ 1 hr for lunch)
-Start as soon as possible.
