Pink Outside The Box

In today’s edition of “Do As I Say Not As I Do”...do NOT book through kiwi.com! I have used them once and had an issue with a delayed flight and missed connection and having to buy a whole new ticket on my first RTW, used them again and no problem, and then today...we were supposed to fly from Krakow via Lviv Ukraine and onto Istanbul. All went well with our first flight and we arrived into Lviv with what should have been an 8 hour layover. I thought, let’s just see if we can check in now (our 2nd leg was on a different carrier) so it’s one less thing to worry about later. Thank goodness we did! The airline agent said that airline did not even fly to Istanbul on Saturdays. We show we had a ticket in their system but no reservation for any specific day. So kiwi.com sold us a confirmed ticket on a flight that never even existed. Save yourself...and do as I say not as I do!
