5 months of work. One shared goal. We wrapped things up at our All-Hands meeting.

The whole team came together to get on the same page about the big picture, share key updates, and make sure everyone is moving in the same direction.
We discussed our report on the past 5 months of work. We assessed our achievements, discussed challenges, and did some strategic planning for the future.

We’re grateful to the team for every member’s involvement and the results we’ve achieved.

On April 28th, Kyiv hosted Fintech & Payments Forum 2026, a B2B event that brought together over 250 representatives from financial institutions, fintech and IT companies, and businesses.

Our CEO Andriy Rymar, took part both as a speaker and a panel discussion participant. He shared how AI can significantly speed up that process.
"The thinking still needs to happen. What changes is how much time you spend on the mechanical part."

At Jappware, we're constantly exploring new ways to apply AI across different workflows testing hypotheses, validating ideas, and figuring out where it actually creates value. Events like this one are a great opportunity to step outside our own context, connect with people from different industries, and have conversations about what's working and what's not.

Alongside Volodymyr Koval (Singularika) and Oleksii Ruban (NovaPay), the conversation was about how AI is reshaping payments and finance. Thank you both for the honesty, and a special thank you to Iryna Kravets for keeping the discussion sharp and grounded.

A big thank you to the organizers and the DIGITALFORUM.PRO team for putting together such a well-run event, to the partners VKURSI and Hostpark for their support, and to all the speakers and attendees for the open conversations and connections.

Last week, our team attended the Drone Autonomy 2026 conference, an event that united over 700 defense tech community members, including military personnel, manufacturers, engineers, and government partners.

This was an incredibly valuable opportunity to engage and discover the latest technologies being developed within the Iron Cluster. We connected with both industry colleagues and end users who deploy these technologies in the field every day.

What stood out most was the event's focus on practical solutions rather than theory, highlighting tech that is already operational or actively being integrated. The discussions covered use cases for autonomous systems, weighing their benefits and risks, with an open conversation about both our shared successes and the challenges pushing the industry forward.

We are proud to be part of a community building technologies that bring Ukraine closer to victory. It’s this exact synergy between developers, manufacturers, and the military that produces solutions with real-world impact.

A huge thank you to the organizers, IRON Cluster and The Fourth Law, for launching such a vital initiative and fostering a strong professional dialogue.
