Switzerland, London and Berlin are great places for blockchain projects due to proximity to VC, however the most talent and crypto friendly locations in Europe are Ukraine and Portugal.

Ukraine has a deep talent pool of developers strong in STEM and cryptographic activities. The Ukrainian government has proactively regulated the industry with 12.7% of Ukrainians holding some crypto.
