If the client does not need such a volume of material, we can cut the tape of any length by the customer (the required length depends on the specifications of the feeder shaft). The composition of the tape - 100% synthetic rubber, color - orange or white. Rubber - a natural or synthetic elastomer, has a high elasticity, water resistance and electrical insulation properties. From this is obtained by vulcanizing the rubber and hard rubber. The wide range of temperatures has a high rubber elasticity. Natural rubber is processed into rubber.

Isoprene rubber - synthetic, manufactured therefrom capstan belt. Isoprene rubber, as opposed to other synthetic and natural like - has a high tackiness. The rubber used for the production of rubber automotive, aircraft and bicycle tires and belts leading valagladilnyh machines.

Feed belt
The feed belts for transportation of linen into the ironing zone are used in the ironing machines. It is made of a polyester (100%) with the frame having a density of 1000 g / m².

The tape consists of two parts which are secured together by special locks stainless steel or a crosslinked ring. The rough side of the tape - to improve adhesion to the drive shaft, the other side - smooth - for gentle contact with the laundry.

Fibres from polyester compounds have high strength, resistant to abrasion and organic solvents. They have a small degree of creasing, perfect light and weather resistance.

The tape is used for ironing machines of all types and manufacturers: rollers and calenders. Another name of the feed belt - feeding belt or supply linen tape.
