Green soup
Ingredients:
Beef on the bone - 500 g.
Potatoes - 400 g.
Carrot - 1 pc.
Eggs - 5 pcs.
Sorrel - 150 g.
Dill greens - 1 bunch
Parsley greens - 1 bunch
Green garlic - 1 bunch
Green onion - 3 pcs.
Bay leaf - 1 pc.
Salt to taste
Water - 3 l.
Preparation:
1. Pour 3 liters into a pan. of water, lower the meat, bring to a boil, remove the scum. Boil the broth for about 1.5 hours. Remove the finished meat from the broth.
2. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes. Add the potatoes to the pot with the broth and cook until tender. Add salt to taste.
3. Cut the carrot and onion into small cubes. Chop the greens. Chop the sorrel.
4. Separate the cooked meat from the bones and cut into pieces.
5. Boil the eggs in advance (10 minutes), cut into circles.
6. Place the meat, carrots, and onions in the pot. Cover with a lid and cook for 30 minutes.
Add sorrel, bay leaf, greens, and eggs to the pot. Cover with a lid. We turn off the fire, let it stand for 5 minutes.

A hearty spread on bread made from canned fish
Ingredients:
Canned fish - 100 gr.
Eggs - 1 pc.
Mayonnaise - 50 gr.
Green onions - to taste
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. Any fish in oil is suitable for cooking: sardine, tuna, salmon and others.
2. Remove the fish from the can, remove the bones, then shred the carcass with a fork. 3. Grate the egg, add to the fish. Chop the green onion and add it to the container with the egg and fish.
4. Pour mayonnaise over the ingredients, mix thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste, spread the snack on brown bread and serve.
