Juicy chicken cutlets
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 500 g;
- onion - 2 pcs.;
- butter - 40 g;
- white bread - 100 g;
- milk - 200 ml;
- breadcrumbs - 100 g;
- eggs - 1 pc.;
- vegetable oil;
- salt, pepper, spices.
Preparation:
1. Chop the onion, fry in butter until golden.
2. Pour milk over a crumb of white bread and leave for 5 minutes.
3. Pass the chicken fillet, onion and bread through a meat grinder. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add egg, salt, pepper, spices, mix, beat and leave for 30 minutes.
4. Form meatballs from the minced meat, roll them in breadcrumbs, put them on a hot pan.
5. Fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes, then cover with a lid, reduce the heat and bring the dish to readiness.
