Recent reports show that women are increasingly taking leadership roles in Ukraine’s tech and business sectors, while many European markets still face a significant gender gap in senior leadership.

Real change requires consistent effort.

For the third consecutive year, COMMSX, part of the global PR group Convoy, is proud to join Canela PR’s Keep Working for Change initiative ().

In 2026 we are dedicating 300 pro bono hours to support WiSPR — the Institute of War Psychology, helping amplify women’s voices and support initiatives that create measurable impact.
