We recently completed mechanical BIM modelling and coordination works for a residential development in Ireland consisting of multiple blocks with basement, tank rooms, and undercroft parking.
Scope of work:
• Development of a mechanical model in Autodesk Revit
• Modelling typical apartment layouts
• Production of coordinated drawings, including plans, sections, and elevation views
Systems modelled:
– Dry riser
– SVPs and slung drainage
– MWS & CWS water services
– Rainwater systems
– Mechanical ventilation & ductwork
