NBU plans to sell military bonds at a rate of 23.5% on the secondary market
this project also has a negative side - it is competition with the Ministry of Finance. If the NBU starts selling securities with a yield of 25%, hardly anyone will go to the auctions of the Ministry of Finance to buy bonds at 10%.
