One of the projects Asali funded at is the creation of their community shop. Women from the Women’s Empowerment Program create beautiful batik and handmade products to sell there.

We also collaborate with other women’s groups and organizations to showcase and sell community-made goods. One of these partners is , an organization working with Maasai communities across Tanzania to end female ge***al mutilation. Today, we had the honor of meeting some of the incredible women behind their stunning beaded work.
