creditor /debtors interface
we use this interface to pay and be paid outstanding balances. outstanding balances can be paid either by cash or through the bank. you can also pay from deposit.

Stock Adjustment
Use this interface to add stocks to the database. you can add stock to godown, wholesale or retail.select your supplier, type in supplier receipt or invoice number, select the account to debit if your buying on cash bases, select the products you have purchased add in quantity,expiry date and batch number,change the prices if prices have changed and post to add to stock.this interface is also used for issuing products that are either damaged,lost e.t.c .you can also use this interface to create purchase forms.

Product interface
use this interface to register all your products. In this interface you can add whole sales products and retail products. Set reorder levels, bar cords ,Group your product so that you can easily view your sales reports in groups,set buying price and selling price for whole sales,retail and insurance for hospital users.
