SmartCodes is hiring a Business Development Manager, Hybrid Marketing & Communications.

This is a senior commercial leadership role sitting at the intersection of brand, business, and purpose. You will own SmartCodes’ new business pipeline, lead a team of Business Sector Relationship Managers, drive the agency’s P&L, and embed governance and sustainability principles across client work and operations.

What we need:
— 10+ years in marketing, communications, or sustainability leadership
— At least 7 years in a senior agency or corporate leadership role
— Proven track record in business growth, reputation management, and client leadership
— Strong understanding of ESG, CSR, and governance frameworks
