By observing youth unemployment and the struggle of PSOs and SMEs to utilize the media and branding, Ruka Company initiated the Ruka-Kipro project to overcome these challenges. RUKA Company is a limited company by guarantee whose aim is to support improve the lives of communities in Tanzania using behaviour change communication through art, culture and media.

Ruka Company is partnering with Music Mayday Tanzania to set up an incubation centre for the creative youth to stimulate their creativity while giving them placement opportunities in PSOs. To insure PSOs getting a high quality designs as well as interns skills are ready to job market, experts will be invited to conduct workshops to strengthen the interns’ skills more over the expert will oversee the creativity process to make sure a high level production.

If you are a Young Graphic Designer (18 – 25), You are encouraged to apply for this opportunity. Send us your CV, and 3 works you have produced to [email protected]. The images must be JPGs, under 3mb. Additional basic skills on blogging, video editing, photography and drawing/painting are an asset. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
