Siku yangu huanza saa kumi na moja na dakika 20 asubuhi. Huanza siku yangu kwa kumshukuru Mungu kwa zawadi ya kuiona asubuhi, saa kumi na moja na dakika 35 mpka dakika 40 hutoka kwaajili ya mazoezi yangu ya kwanza ya kukimbia 6 to 7km. Nikirudi ratiba huwa k**a hivi, mazoezi mchanganyiko (miguu, mapaja, juu yaani kifua na mikono, tumbo, makalio😉 n. k). Baada ya hapo huandaa chakula (k**a cha week kimeisha mapema au k**a nataka kitu tofauti na nilichoandaa kwa matumiz ya week). Hali ya mvua ilinifanya nitamani chai ya mchaichai na majani ya tosha na mkate. Lakini je, naufanyaje mkate wangu kua na lishe zaidi na kunifanya nishibe muda mrefu? Angalia video😋😋
