Webmagic Tanzania are looking for enthusiastic personnel to fill the position of Office Administrator who will perform office work, communication and marketing related activities.
Responsibilities
1) Manage, maintain office and client’s websites on a day-to-day basis,
2) Create and optimize office and client’s social media accounts,
3) Market office and clients’ services and websites using social media and other methods
4) Conduct ordinary communication via email, WhatsApp, social media chats, SMS, phone calls for the sake of retaining clients,
5) Perform other office work of administrative nature assigned by your supervisor
6) Submit a monthly report to the supervisor
Qualification required
• Form four with knowledge and experience in websites and major social media platforms

3) A passionate person in website creation, management and social media.
4) A hard working person who can perform many tasks, with quality and on time
5) A person of details and quality centered to his/her work
