Our alum. and steel bolt carriers are purposely made lighter than the stock bolt respectively by 104g and 11g, which help with a smoother and faster operation. I’d like to point out that the metal of the Marui stock bolt is rather mixed, so it’s quite heavy but not in a good way.

Then the movable cocking point, which we call it “Zero-resistance Cube” (零阻力滑塊), is designed to smoothen the operation. When a bolt is moving horizontally, this little cube stays inward hence no resistant objects in its way, and then it pops out when a bolt returns to its normal position. And this cube is made of steel that prevents severe dents caused by the default upper hammer. After a long time of use, if it wears out, you can simply change the cube instead of a whole bolt frame.
