將「成果/表現」與「預設目標」作比較是商務英文中重要的一節。請想像「預設目標」是一條線，英文多用goal, target, expectation等來表示，然後我們把成果拿來跟這條線作比較。
當表現不如預期時，請用：“under” “below” “lower than”
避免使用過度負面的文字，例如：“failed”, “missed”, or “or did not achieve”
