⊹ INTRO 2026 年度新菜｜Garden Roots Salad 清爽根莖暖沙拉 🥗

Roasted carrots, purple and golden sweet potatoes, and naturally sweet asparagus form the base. Paired with the creamy richness of coconut yogurt and finished with a drizzle of chili gastrique, the dish is best enjoyed with fresh cilantro. Refreshing, yet warmly comforting.

紅蘿蔔、紫與黃肉地瓜、烤過帶自然甜味的蘆筍鋪底，搭配椰漿優格的柔潤包覆，再淋上辣椒酸甜醬輕點提味，再和香菜一起食用，清爽之中有暖意。

創立至今將滿四年的INTRO，舉辦了規模有大有小的活動，有求婚派對、婚禮、性別派對，也有Live podcast、企業活動與講座、校友會包場、品牌活動等，對於服務各式規劃和顧客體驗也更臻成熟。

As INTRO approaches its fourth anniversary, we’ve hosted events of all sizes. From proposal parties, weddings, and gender reveal celebrations to live podcasts, corporate gatherings and talks, alumni reunions, and brand activations. Through these experiences, our approach to event planning and guest experience has grown even more refined.

我們希望為有不同需求的朋友們，建立更多感受INTRO魅力的渠道。除了現正營運的日間早午餐時段，我們同時也開放日夜間時段包場。

We hope to create more opportunities for people with different needs to experience the unique charm of INTRO. In addition to our regular daytime brunch service, we are now opening our day and night time for private bookings.

新的一年即將到來，感謝每一位客人在過去一年中，對INTRO的支持與喜愛。在迎接新年的同時，我們也安排了短暫的休息時光，期待以更好的狀態，迎接與您再次相遇的時刻。

▶ 農曆新年公休：2/16（一）-  2/19（四）
▶ 員工旅遊公休：3/23（一）-  3/25（三）

以上期間 INTRO將暫停營業，休假期間將不回覆電話、訊息與Email，敬請見諒。

表訂公休以外的日期，每天10:00-17:30正常營業。

As we step into the new year, thank you for being part of our journey.INTRO will be taking a short break during the following dates:
▶ Chinese New Year: Feb 16–19
▶ Staff Trip: Mar 23–25

INTRO will be closed during the above periods.
Please note that messages and emails will not be responded to while we are on holiday. Except the scheduled closures, INTRO will operate as usual from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM daily.

▷ 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM | Dessert & Afternoon Tea
Sunday Exclusive: “Sunday Roast”
