CONCEPT

The government has been promoting the "Cultural and Creative Industries" policy since 2003. The Ministry of Education is responsible for the "Art and Design Talent Development Plan," and the "Award Incentive Program for Encouraging University/College Students to Participate in International Art and Design Contests." In order to closely connect Taiwan to Asia region through design interchanges, the Ministry of Education hold a series of design event, “7th The Power of Asian Design” in Taichung, from November 29th (Fri.) to December 1st (Sun.), 2019. The power of Asian design is taking shape as it grows. We believe the world will be looking for a brand new image of Asian design in the future. Therefore, we invite international designers from Korea, Japan, USA, Thailand, Hong Kong and China. These design masters will share their international perspectives and local design experiences from different cultures, to expand Taiwanese people's horizons. Through the series of events, we hope to bring in the rich experiences to the Taiwanese teachers and students in the art/design field, and agglomerate the greater power of Asia.

我想拜託一件事情，請忘掉我是兼任老師的身份，因為今天的卦有點下流。

事情是這樣的，兩年前下定決心買一台新車的時候，訂下的原則是只買 wagon 車型，wagon 是很棒的，空間可以靈活運用，開起車來感覺也更有效率？品牌的選擇上奧迪就叫 Avant ; 偏好賓士就叫 Estate (豪宅) ; 你要BMW那就叫Touring (巡航？)，其實大同小異，設計上沒有太大差別，當然若你對於車體線條、比例、烤漆質感、品味風格？炫耀式消費 (Conspicuous Consumption) 等細節毫不含糊，那最終決定尚可著墨。

言歸正傳，logo 早就影響了這一代人選擇商品的程序，完全不符合性價比與需求的規律，尤其是自媒體時代，每個人每天使用 facebook、instagram 每秒都在朔造自我品牌，百花齊放，畢竟，形象就是一切。

所以你記住”視覺”這個單字了嗎，你需要大量的視覺，我們又叫”視覺消費“，我每天想破頭，如何譁眾取寵的捕捉人們短暫的記憶，即便32歲前我一直以為我是摩羯座，後來才知道是水瓶。

就在那個陽光灑落的午後，高中生放學，我開 superb combi 臨停路邊，最後我選擇了一個捷克的品牌 SKODA ，在台灣路上不多見，當初業務口沫橫飛跟我說這台車有多稀有，「稀有」被行為學家證明能夠影響人性，「稀有」、「限量」多迷人的詞彙。

兩個女高中生突然靠近我的車頭，太近了，近得讓人尷尬。其中一個說 :「好長喔！」另一個附和 :「對啊，好長好大，感覺坐起來很舒服..................？」

人生已經夠苦悶了，請收藏這得來不易的小確幸。
