We have been receiving an increasing number of requests to reissue certificates, with students advising that they never received their original certificate.

Please note that, in many cases, our records confirm that the certificate was **successfully delivered** to the email address provided at registration. Before contacting us, we kindly ask that you thoroughly check your **Inbox, Spam, Junk, Promotions, and Trash** folders, as certificates are often redirected by email providers.

Once your certificate has been received, we strongly encourage you to **download and save a copy immediately**. Please keep a backup on your computer, laptop, flash drive, or cloud storage (such as Google Drive or OneDrive) to prevent future loss.

If, after checking all folders, you still require your certificate to be reissued, please email [email protected] with your full name, course name, and the email address used for registration.

Kindly note that **certificate reissuance is not an instant process**. Please allow up to **48 hours** for your request to be processed.

**📢 Synergy Teen Success Academy 2026 – Welcome & Important Course Guidelines**

**Dear Parents and Students,**

On behalf of **Synergy Training Institute Ltd.**, we extend a warm welcome to each of you as you begin your journey with the **Synergy Teen Success Academy 2026**.

We are delighted to confirm that **all 15 courses have received sufficient enrolment and will officially commence as scheduled.** Thank you for choosing to invest in your child's education and future. We look forward to an exciting, engaging, and rewarding learning experience with every student.

✅ **All classes will be conducted online via Zoom.**

✅ **Google Classroom** will be used throughout the programme to provide:

* Class recordings
* Reading materials
* Learning resources
* Assignments (where applicable)

✅ **Zoom links, Google Classroom invitations, login details, and instructions** will be shared in each course WhatsApp group **tomorrow (Sunday).**

✅ Students are kindly asked to **join each class a few minutes before the scheduled start time**, as all classes will begin **promptly according to the published timetable.**

To ensure a positive learning environment, students are expected to:

* Attend classes on time.
* Demonstrate respect and courtesy to tutors and fellow students.
* Participate actively throughout each session.
* Use appropriate language and behaviour at all times.
* Complete assigned activities and exercises where applicable.

🎓 Upon successful completion of the programme, students will be awarded an **accredited Certificate of Completion**.
