Hi everyone, I'm coach Donna, 61 years old.
Before Herbalife, I weighed 215lbs wore size 18 jeans and XL clothing. I always thought I ate well until I got started on this program and realized that my eating habits were very poor. I kept promising to start to walk on mornings but could never start.
My energy level was low as I suffered from asthma and was in and out of the hospital as well as the clinic. Actually a test proved that I had the lungs of an 80 year old at age 45. I forever had to use my meds. I was never a fan of taking pics, as my confidence level and self esteem were low.

I started using these amazing products in combination with healthy eating and exercises mainly for nutrition, in November 2021. After the first 3 months, I lost 20 lbs and it felt and looked great which increased my confidence .
I have consistently been on the program for 2 years this month, and I'm now 175 lbs after loosing 40 lbs in total. I have also been able to maintain this weight for the past 7 months while being more toned as I'm now gyming. Presently, I have a smaller waist size and wear clothes that I have never felt comfortable in before (size medium). My energy level has increased tremendously. I'm also brisk walking, hiking, and even participating in aerobics burnout from time to time without being burnt out quickly and better yet, I have not used my asthma meds since then.

Before Herbalife I was overweight at 207.9lbs, tired all the time, pains in my ankles when I walk and would have to come up for air half way while putting on sneakers 😭. Went about losing weight the wrong way and started to suffer with bad acid reflux until I was in and out of the hospital. Then I got on to these amazing products I no longer have to come up for air while tying my shoes, no more pain in my ankles when walking and my energy level is extremely off the chains. My acid reflux is no more and I am currently down 30lbs, went from wearing 15/16 in jeans back down to a 9/10 and medium in most clothing.
