Proje, yatayda yayılan ve topografya ile bütünleşen bir mimari anlayış üzerine kurgulanmıştır. Yapı, çevresine baskın olmayan; aksine araziyle uyumlanan, alçak katlı ve parçalı bir kütle dili benimser. Bu yaklaşım, hem mahremiyet hem de doğal çevreyle güçlü bir ilişki kurmayı hedefler. Mimari dil; sade, zamansız ve sakin bir karakter taşırken, güçlü oranlar ve net geometrilerle kendini ifade eder.

The project is conceived around an architectural approach that spreads horizontally and integrates seamlessly with the topography. Rather than imposing itself on its surroundings, the building adopts a low-rise, fragmented massing language that harmonizes with the terrain. This strategy aims to establish both privacy and a strong relationship with the natural environment. The architectural language conveys a simple, timeless, and calm character, while expressing itself through strong proportions and clear geometries.
