A hotel apartment complex designed for Al-Burak Real Estate and Engineering Services Company.
Project Location :Kartepe -Kocaeli -Turkiye
Project Land Area : 6447.84 m2
Built-up Area : 1299.54 m2
Project contains :12 Hotel Apartment-2Hotel Villa -1Cafeteria -1Management & Security

To design a project in the bosom of nature there were conditions ,So the wood was imposing itself gracefully ,and the dark colors were in line with its picturesque surroundings ,so the project appeared as if it was born from its environment .
